Mike Picciola is an experienced professional in customer care and operations, currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Care Operations at ADT since October 2016. Prior to joining ADT, Mike spent over a decade at U.S. Cellular in various leadership roles, including Senior Director of Multi-Channel Operations, where responsibilities included overseeing customer service across multiple channels. Previous experience includes positions as a Senior Consultant at BearingPoint and Arthur Andersen. Mike holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from DePaul University.
