Robert Campbell began their work experience in 1981 as the President of Applied Data Solutions, Inc. Robert also held the role of President at Applied Data Solutions during the same period. In addition, they worked as an IT Manager at The Reading Company, where they managed a Wang Mini-Computer system and developed a custom Accounting and Property Management system. Robert later became the CEO of ADSS Global in 1999 and held this position until the present.

Robert Campbell attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 1977 to 1981, majoring in Accounting. Robert then returned to the same university from 1979 to 1983 to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting & Computer Science.
