Andrea Benzon Milic has worked in various roles since 2006. Andrea began their career as a Teaching Assistant at the Association of Parents of Children with Special Needs PUZ in 2006. In 2010, they moved to Private High School of Economics INOVA, where they also worked as a Teaching Assistant. In 2012, they became the Secretary of the Board at H1 TELEKOM. Finally, they joined AdScanner in 2013, where they served as both Chief Operations Officer and Operations Director.

Andrea Benzon Milic's education history includes a Master's degree in Sociology and Croatian culture from the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Croatian Studies/Sveučilište u Zagrebu, Fakultet hrvatskih studija, which they obtained between 2004 and 2010. Andrea then went on to obtain a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Disability Studies from the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences, which they are currently pursuing. In 2016, they began studying Human Resources Management and Services at the Institut za menadžement. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including a Certified HR OD Practicioner from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR in 2022, a Certified Talent Acquisition Specialist from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR in 2022, a Hiring and Recruitment Strategy from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR in 2021, a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2019, and a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute in 2020.
