Dondi Burcham worked for ADS Security starting in 1995. In their role, they were responsible for designing and managing DOD classified areas, SCIF's, UL 681 installations, CCTV, access, security, and fire systems. Dondi also served as an Executive Sales Consultant at the company.

Prior to ADS Security, Dondi Burcham worked for Caretaker Security from 1991 to 1995. Dondi held the position of President/Owner Operator during their time there.

Dondi Burcham attended the University of North Alabama from 1981 to 1983, studying Business/Commerce, General. However, no degree was obtained during this time.
