After that, they joined Liberty National Life Insurance Company as a Sales Associate, for a period of three years. In 1994, Cicero joined ADS Security as the VP/GM West Alabama/Mississippi Operations. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing technician scheduling, marketing, sales quotas, and customer satisfaction across three branches. Andrew P. played a key role in the company's expansions and acquisitions.
