Paul Houweling currently serves as the Manager Human Relations (HR) at Adrz, where responsibilities include comprehensive HR services and oversight of the Academy. With a robust background in executive coaching and organizational advising at Sphire since 2008, Paul focuses on leadership development through self-reflection and feedback. Previous experience includes roles as General Director at Logistic Force, where leadership in flexible labor and recruitment was pivotal, and managerial positions at Rabobank Oosterschelde, including the establishment of a virtual bank. Paul has also held various positions at Arbo Unie and Rabobank Nederland, showcasing a strong focus on strategic innovation and knowledge management. Educational qualifications include a Master in Management and Organisation from TIAS and a business administration degree from Radboud University, among other specialized trainings.
