Sarah Griner, PhD, currently serves as a Research Scientist II at ADRx, Inc. since April 2021. Prior to this role, Sarah was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of California, Los Angeles from September 2011 to April 2021, where responsibilities included isolating and characterizing Amyloid Beta species, forming complexes for structural studies, purifying COVID-19 proteins, and mentoring graduate students. Sarah's earlier experience as a Graduate Student involved engineering and crystallizing Amyloid Beta constructs and designing peptide inhibitors. Additionally, Sarah worked as a Staff Research Associate III at the University of California, San Francisco from November 2005 to July 2011, focusing on HIV-I Integrase and protein purification. Sarah earned a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from UCLA in 2019 after receiving a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Reed College in 2005.
