Matt Pesce has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2017 when they became an Advisor to CEOs at Blackstone Entrepreneurs Network Colorado. Matt provided strategy recommendations and mentorship to CEOs of high-growth companies. In 2018, they took on the role of Chief Marketing Officer at Vapor Distilled, where they provided leadership and managed strategic relationships. Matt also chaired the Content Committee at SOFTWAREColorado, a platform for software and IT executives to learn and grow. In 2019, Matt became the Managing Partner at Resilient Growth Partners, where they developed and implemented growth strategies for startup and scale-up companies. In 2020, they worked as a Business Development and Growth Advisor at Consultation Manager Software, focusing on community engagement and project management. Matt has also held roles as an Advisor at Origin Peptides, a Growth and Innovation Leader at Colorado Universities Innovation Council (CUIC), and a CMO and Interim GM at ADROSONIC. Their most recent role is as iCMO at Grow Powerful, providing fractional CMO services to emerging growth companies. Throughout their work experience, Matt has demonstrated expertise in marketing, strategy, product development, innovation, and business development.

Matt Pesce attended Cornell University from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications. Matt obtained the Google Analytics certification in November 2016. Matt earned certifications in Inbound Certification and Google AdWords Display Advertising in September 2017. Furthermore, they completed certifications in Google AdWords Mobile Advertising and Google AdWords Search Advertising in April 2017. Matt also obtained certifications in Google AdWords Video Advertising and Inbound Sales in June 2017 and September 2019 respectively.
