John Austin is an accomplished mediator with extensive experience in legal practice, currently serving as a Mediator at ADR On-Demand since September 2021 and at Miles Mediation & Arbitration since April 2014. As a retired Founding Partner of Austin & Sparks, P.C. with an AV® Preeminent rating, John has participated in approximately 75 jury trials, delivered numerous oral arguments in various courts, and conducted thousands of depositions over a distinguished career. Previously, John held positions as an Equity Partner at Gray, Gilliland and Gold, P.C. and as an Associate Attorney at Stokes, Shapiro, Fussell & Wedge. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Georgia Southern University.
