Rachel Sather has six years of work experience. Rachel started in 2019 as the Digital Advertising Team Lead at Adpearance, then moved to Senior Digital Advertising Specialist and Digital Advertising Specialist roles. In 2019, they also worked as a Digital Marketing Consultant for the Portland Trail Blazers @ the Rose Quarter, where they micro targeted audiences on social media and designed and launched targeted ads to generate survey responses from a representative sample of potential fans for a segmentation analysis. Finally, from 2016 to 2018, Rachel Sather was a Personal Support Worker at Public Partnerships, LLC, where they provided independence skill training to an individual with Down Syndrome receiving benefits under the Oregon State K plan, strategized with the case worker to implement the best course of development for the individual, and improved the individual's daily efficiency by 50% to achieve development goals.
