Suzan Blais is a seasoned corporate lawyer specializing in employee benefits, currently serving as Senior Counsel at ADP since February 2016. With extensive experience in ERISA compliance and employee benefits plan administration, Suzan has a robust legal background that includes a focus on corporate and business law, as well as government relations during tenure as an Attorney at Hinckley Allen from 2010 to 2016. Prior to that, Suzan was a Senior Assistant Attorney General for the New Hampshire Department of Justice for 18 years, acting as the chief business and transactions attorney and representing the state retirement system and department of administrative services. Suzan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law.
