Nancy I. Shehata serves as the Senior Director of Product Management at ADP, overseeing the product strategy for Wisely by ADP since December 2017. With a robust background in product management, Nancy has held various roles focused on flexible and digital payments, including Director of Product Management and Lead Product Manager, where efforts led to successful product launches and enhanced cardholder experiences. Prior to ADP, Nancy contributed significantly at Southern California Edison as a Senior Product Manager, driving agile transformations and leading cross-functional teams to meet business objectives. Nancy earned a Bachelor of Science in International Business from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and a Master of Science in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
