Joe Kleinwaechter is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in user experience (UX) and design leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Global UX at ADP, Joe leads a team of over 300 professionals in delivering trusted experiences for both external and internal products. Previous roles include Vice President of Innovation & Design at Worldpay and Fiserv, where Joe was responsible for product design and user-centered design initiatives. Joe also held key engineering and management positions at NCR Corporation and IBM Internet Security Systems, contributing significantly to revenue-generating product lines and leading award-winning teams. Joe's career began in software engineering at Teradyne and Schlumberger, complemented by a BSEET in Electrical Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering.
