Arlinda Bilali is an experienced professional with a diverse background in service delivery and client management. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager and previously as a Team Lead Client Account Manager at ADP since June 2020, Arlinda has developed strong skills in client relations and team leadership. Prior to ADP, Arlinda worked as a Customer Service Sales Representative at Worldflex and held the position of Student Body President at Universiteti Metropolitan Tirana. Additionally, Arlinda has experience as a Marketing Consultant at Gjeo-Vjosa sh.p.k. and as a Coordinator of Volunteers at SEEP Social Education for Environmental Protection. Arlinda holds a Master of Science in International Economy & Business from the University of Szeged and a Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics from Metropolitan University of Tirana.
