Andrew Aguirre is currently the Vice President of HRO Sales at ADP, a position held since June 2022, where leadership of the Inland Empire HRO Total Source Region focuses on developing team members and managers to enhance productivity and sales. Prior to this role, Andrew served as a Sales Executive at ADP Total Source from March 2019 to June 2022, leading a team to implement data-driven strategies for local organizations. Andrew's earlier experience includes serving as District Manager and Sales Executive in Small Business Services at ADP from February 2010 to March 2019. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Cal State Fullerton, earned between 2007 and 2010.
