Al Peters possesses extensive experience in security, mediation, and training, currently serving as an Arbitrator/Mediator at ADP Consulting LLC since September 2017. As the CEO and National Security Background Investigator at ADP Consulting, LLC since September 2001, Al has conducted background investigations for security clearance across various governmental agencies. Additionally, involvement with Warshaw & Associates as a Monitoring Team Member since May 2014 and as a Consultant/Instructor at the Center For Domestic Preparedness allows Al to provide critical training in emergency management and CBRNE response. Prior roles include Director of Public Safety at Lakewood Police Department and Major with the New Jersey State Police, where Al focused on security strategies against terrorism and weapons of mass destruction while promoting anti-racial profiling initiatives. Al holds a Master’s degree in Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services with a focus on Emergency Disaster Management from Thomas Edison State University.
