Catalin Z. has extensive experience in quality assurance and automation engineering. Catalin joined Adore Me in 2019 as a Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer, where they worked in the core team of the e-commerce platform. Adore Me operates on a microservice-based platform, utilizing various technologies such as Kubernetes clusters, Helm, GitOps, New Relic, Prometheus, and more. Catalin's role involved ensuring monitoring, observability, disaster recovery capabilities, and backups for the platform. Catalin also utilized tools and languages such as Excel, PowerPoint, Jenkins, Bash, Terraform, GitHub Actions, GCP platform, RabbitMQ, and PerimeterX.

Before Adore Me, Catalin worked at Zitec, starting in 2013. During their time there, they held various roles, including Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, Quality Assurance Engineer, and Software Tester.

Catalin Z. completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology, Polytechnic School of Bucharest. Catalin attended this institution from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they studied Mathematics and Computer Science at Colegiul National Gheorghe Sincai from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Catalin obtained the ISTQB Foundation Level Certified Tester certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board in November 2014.
