James Height is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the beauty and technology sectors. As the co-founder of Adore Beauty, James served as joint CEO from the company's inception in April 2000 until 2018 and then as sole CEO until August 2020. Currently, James holds the position of Chief Data Officer and is a member of the Adore Beauty Board. Additionally, James co-founded Findation in June 2012, a crowdsourced database dedicated to matching foundation shades. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Management and a Bachelor of Arts/Laws, both obtained from Monash University.
