Stefanie Lea is an experienced social worker and mental health therapist with a robust background in various roles within the mental health and social services sectors. Since November 2021, Stefanie has worked as a Social Worker Contractor at Adoptions Together & FamilyWorks Together, conducting home study investigations for individuals and families interested in adoption. Additionally, Stefanie serves as a Therapist at REGENERATIONS COUNSELING SERVICES INC since November 2015 and operates Stefanie Therapeutic Services as a Mental Health Therapist since July 2007. Previously, Stefanie was a Probation Officer at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia until retirement in December 2023, and provided case management services at Progressive Healthcare, Inc. from October 2021 to December 2022. Stefanie's educational background includes a Master of Social Work from Howard University and a degree in Sociology with a focus on Criminal Justice from Virginia Union University.
