Melissa Shackleton is a seasoned professional in the marketing and business development sectors, currently serving as Managing Director at PSE - Offline Marketing since June 2024, leveraging extensive client-side experience to enhance agency strategies. At Hotel Chocolat, a tenure that began in 1994, Melissa has held numerous positions, including Chief Business Development Officer, where responsibilities included managing new business channels and strategic development for global launches. Additional roles have encompassed oversight of digital marketing, merchandising, and category management as part of the Operating Board. Melissa is also involved in the nonprofit sector as Joint Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees for Adoption UK.
