Rebeca López Hermoso has a diverse range of work experience. Rebeca started their career in 2015 as a Vendedora Deportiva at Decathlon España, where they focused on direct customer sales and service. In 2017, they joined AdoptaUnAbuelo as their COO, being their first employee. In this role, they gained a comprehensive understanding of startup growth, from inception to investment rounds. Rebeca had direct reporting to the CEO, overseeing operations in 54 cities, and was a C-level member with direct contact with investors. Additionally, in 2017, they worked at Zena Alsea as part of the Department of Expansion. Their responsibilities included market research, assisting the Director of Business Development, and preparing reports and analysis.

Rebeca López Hermoso completed their education at two institutions. From 2013 to 2017, they attended Universidad Complutense de Madrid and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commerce. In 2022, they enrolled in Harvard Business School Online and completed a course in Strategy Execution. Rebeca also obtained a certification in Startup Finance from The Startup CFO Academy in December 2021.
