Alberto Cabanes has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Alberto is the President and Founder of AdoptaUnAbuelo, an intergenerational app aimed at connecting generations and reducing loneliness in the elderly. Alberto also served as a 2019 YTILI Fellow for the U.S. Department of State, participating in a program for young European entrepreneurs. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Audit at KPMG España, where they analyzed and reviewed complex financial data and supervised junior staff. Alberto was also the CEO and Founder of tachans.com, a company they started at the age of 24 with funding raised through presentations. Alberto gained internship experience in the Risk Department at Diners Club Spain, in Branch Banking at Banesto, and in Human Resources at Niscayah España. Additionally, they worked as a summer Reponedor at Grupo Trallax- Azafatas y Eventos, where they were responsible for restocking the droguería y perfumería section of a supermarket.
