Matthew Constantine has a diverse work experience. Matthew began their career in 2003 as a Program Manager at Adopt-A-Family of the Palm Beaches, Inc., where they eventually served as the Director of Housing. In 2010, they transitioned to Boys Town as a Contract Therapist. After working in this role for four years, they returned to Adopt-A-Family of the Palm Beaches, Inc., where they currently hold the position of Chief Executive Officer.

Matthew Constantine earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Social Work from Barry University from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology at Le Moyne College. In 2009, Matthew obtained a certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from the Florida Department of Health.
