Yulia Glinskaya began their career in 2010 as a Sales Administrative Assistant at ROLF. In 2011, they joined Kontinental Hockey League as an Executive Project Manager in the TV Rights Department, where they were responsible for spearheading the development, implementation and maintenance of two information systems. Yulia was also responsible for overseeing all internal and external footage requests, managing major international, national and regional accounts, and coordinating the production of KHL games broadcasts. Yulia later held the role of Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at KHL TV. In 2022, they joined Adomik as a Jr. Product Manager.

Yulia Glinskaya began their educational journey in 2005 when they earned a Master's degree in Management from the State University of Management (SUM). Yulia then went on to receive a Sport Management Specialist degree from the same university in 2008-2009. Currently, they are pursuing a Master 1 (BAC +4) degree from ESD - École Supérieure du Digital, which they expect to complete in 2022. No additional certifications have been listed.
