Swati Rustagi is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in employee experience, talent management, and organizational development across multiple prominent organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Employee Experience at Adobe since July 2024, Rustagi previously held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Paytm and held various senior roles at Amazon, including Director of Talent Strategy for Worldwide Stores and Director of DEI for International Markets. Rustagi has also served as Director and Chief People Officer at Max Healthcare and as Global Head of Human Resources at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals. Additional roles include Vice President of Talent Management at Patni Computer Systems and Director of Human Resources at Johnson & Johnson Medical. Rustagi began their career at Hindustan Unilever Ltd. and has a robust educational background with certifications in Organizational Development from the National TrainingLab in the United States and a BA in Economics from Ramnarian Ruia College.
