Robbie Suarez currently serves as a Technical Account Manager at Adobe since March 2024. Previously, Robbie held various roles at Interactions LLC from January 2019 to August 2023, including Account Manager and Client Services Manager, focusing on customer success and strategic growth for Enterprise clients using Intelligent Virtual Assistants. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Client Success at NUVI, managing client relationships and coordinating with various departments to enhance user experience, as well as holding positions at JCPenney and Fred Meyer Jewelers, where customer service and sales growth were priorities. Robbie earned an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Utah Valley University and a General Education degree from Snow College.
