Prapti Sen is an accomplished engineering program management professional with extensive experience in leading large-scale initiatives across major technology companies. Currently serving as Director of Engineering Program Management at Adobe since October 2021, Prapti focuses on execution transparency, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. Prior to Adobe, Prapti was a Manager of Technical Program Management for AI and ML at LinkedIn, where leadership involved supporting various product initiatives and fostering cross-organizational relationships. Earlier roles included Software Quality Assurance Manager at Amazon and positions at Cisco Systems, Adomo Inc, and L&T Infotech, showcasing a strong foundation in software quality assurance and engineering.
