Leo Li is a seasoned professional in the software and customer success domains, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Adobe since September 2023. Prior to this role, Leo contributed to Manulife as an Adobe Technical Product Owner from April 2021 to September 2023. Leo's extensive experience at Adobe spans over a decade, including positions as a Senior AEM Consultant, AEM Technical Consultant, and Senior Software Engineer. Prior to joining Adobe, Leo worked as a Software Engineer at IBM from July 2007 to August 2010 and began the career at UFIDA Software Co. in the same role from July 2005 to July 2007. Leo holds a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Beihang University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from China University of Petroleum.
