Jim Klimas is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Director of HR Business Partners for Global Enterprise Sales at Adobe, Jim Klimas has previously held significant positions at Change Healthcare as Vice President of Human Resources for Enterprise Imaging and at Adobe in multiple HR roles including Director of Employee Experience. Prior to that, Jim Klimas contributed to IBM and Sterling Commerce in human resources leadership capacities. Jim Klimas began their career at AT&T Mobility, where Jim Klimas served as Director of Human Resources. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate & Organizational Communication from Northern Illinois University.
