Erik Geagan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client management and strategic account executive roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Regional Client Executive at Cask since January 2022, Erik specializes in ServiceNow implementation and integration services. Prior to this, Erik held positions at Infor as a Client Executive in Professional Services and spent over a decade at IBM in various capacities, including Strategic Account Executive roles focused on IoT asset management and HR talent. Earlier career experiences include account management at Downing Displays and marketing management at Polaroid, as well as entrepreneurial endeavors as the owner and operator of The Red Apple Deli & Catering. Erik began a career in account management with Procter & Gamble, managing relationships with retail giants Bed Bath & Beyond and Kmart. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Operations from Bentley University.
