Dwight Rodgers has extensive experience in engineering and technology leadership, currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Adobe since July 2003, specializing in Augmented Reality tooling for creative professionals. Previously, Dwight held roles as Senior Engineering Manager, focusing on managing diverse engineering teams and driving collaborative projects across various platforms, including web, mobile, and machine learning systems. Dwight also served as a Solution Architect for mobile and devices in the APAC+Japan region and managed consulting services for Macromedia in Japan. Earlier career experience includes research in Mandarin Chinese speech recognition at Academia Sinica and software engineering roles at FunMail, Inc. and MetaCreations. Dwight holds a BSE in Computer Science from Princeton University.
