Mohamed Al Najjar is an experienced HSE professional with over a decade in health, safety, and environmental management, currently serving as the HSE Manager for Land Operations at ADNOC Group since June 2011. In addition to this role, Mohamed has acted as Vice President of Corporate HSE, where responsibilities included leading the corporate HSE team and implementing strategies to enhance HSE performance. Prior experience includes roles as HSE Manager for Offshore Operations, Senior Safety Engineer at National Drilling Company, EHS Coordinator at General Electric, Deputy Managing Director at Four Directions International Trading, and Personnel Administrator at Schlumberger. Mohamed holds an International Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety from the National Examination Board in Occupational Safety & Health and a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from Lamar University, encompassing Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Mathematics.
