Mohamed Al Mahmoud has extensive experience in training and development within the ADNOC Group since June 2009, holding various positions including Team Leader, Training (Assets), Senior Learning Analyst, and Training & Development Coordinator. Mohamed's role involves identifying training needs, preparing budgets, and overseeing the implementation of training plans. In addition to their corporate experience, Mohamed serves as Vice President of Intilaaqah Toastmasters Club, a platform dedicated to empowering UAE youth since 2006. Mohamed was also a Professional Speaker at ADIPEC in November 2016, presenting on human capital development. Mohamed's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Abu Dhabi School of Management, a Diploma in Human Resource Practice from CIPD, a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Technology from Abu Dhabi University, and a Diploma in Computer Information Processing from Abu Dhabi Men’s College.
