Masoud Al-Mughairy is an experienced professional in IT planning and governance, currently serving as Manager of IT Planning & Governance at ADNOC Onshore since September 2016. With a career at ADNOC Group spanning over two decades, Masoud held various roles including Head of Business Relationship Management and Senior Systems Engineer. Prior to ADNOC, Masoud worked as an Analyst Programmer at Petroleum Development Oman and as a Systems Engineer at Halliburton. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering with a second major in Computer Science from the University of Miami, and a Master of Science in Psychology with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University.
