Mariam Alremeithi currently serves as the Acting Vice President of Learning & Development at ADNOC Group, a position held since April 2022, where responsibilities include developing impactful L&D strategies, designing tailored training programs, and enhancing overall learning processes. With substantial prior experience at Borouge as Learning and Development Manager, Mariam drove a culture of continuous learning and led various skill development initiatives. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Sciences from Zayed University, CIPD Level 5 in Learning & Development, and a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Abu Dhabi University.
