James Vincent has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. James'smost recent role is as the Head of Human Capital, Culture, Strategy, Planning, and Support at ADNOC Group since April 2019. Prior to that, they worked as an Author and Owner at Muddled Monkey Tales from September 2019.
In the past, James held significant positions in renowned companies. At the First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), they served as the SVP and Head of HR Transformation from January 2018 to May 2019. Before that, they were the Head of Human Resources (AGM) at Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait from May 2015 to January 2018, where they managed various aspects of front office HR.
James also worked at Barclaycard as the VP for Human Resources, leading a team of HR Business Partners and overseeing multiple divisions. James'stenure at HSBC included roles such as Global HR Manager, providing strategic HR advice to the Global Executive committee, and Human Resources Business Partner, where they were responsible for aligning HR practices with group strategies.
Earlier in their career, James worked at Veolia Environmental Services as the Senior HR Business Partner and at NYK Logistics as the Regional HR Officer. James began their professional journey as an HR and Planning Manager at Tesco PLC.
James Vincent received a BA Honours degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Lincoln, where they studied from 2001 to 2004. James also obtained a certification from the University of Lincoln in CIPD in 2002. In 2010, James obtained a certification as a Prince 2 practitioner.
