Tanya Fisher, AIC-M, AINS, is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in claims management. Currently serving as the Property and Casualty Claims Manager at Administrative Strategies since October 2023, Tanya leads the claims division, focusing on team development, KPI management, client relationship building, and operational effectiveness. Prior to this role, Tanya spent over 16 years at Farmers Insurance, progressing from Field Claims Supervisor to Regional Field Claims Manager, where responsibility included managing a team of 50 across multiple states and ensuring exceptional claims processing. Tanya holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University and additional qualifications in Claims Management and General Insurance from The Institutes.
