Priyanka Saxena has worked in the Human Resources field since 2014. In that time, they have worked for three companies: S2Infotech Pvt Ltd, Adsplay International (Adsplay.in), and AdMedia. At S2Infotech Pvt Ltd, they worked as an HR Executive, responsible for sourcing resumes from various job portals, reviewing resumes and credentials, and post-interview follow-ups. At Adsplay International (Adsplay.in), they worked as an HR Manager, managing the complete recruitment life-cycle, induction, issuing offer letters, salary certificates, and work experience letters, and joining formalities. Finally, at AdMedia, they worked as an HR Director and HRBP, handling end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, resource management, induction to employee exit, and strategic planning and implementation of resources and projects.

Priyanka Saxena completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Mahatma Jyotiba Phule (MJP) Rohilkhand University in 2014. Priyanka also obtained their Bachelor of Computer Application from the same university in 2010.
