Luca Filardo has a diverse work experience in the field of platform management and development. Luca is currently serving as the VP Platform Management at Adlook since October 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Global Head of Solutions Management at the same company from December 2022 to October 2023. Before joining Adlook, Luca worked at Index Exchange where they held multiple roles including Head of Platform Partnerships, EMEA, Senior Director of Platform Development, Director of Platform Development, and Business Development Manager. Prior to their time at Index Exchange, Luca founded Re.Birth Distribution and worked as the Founder from September 2012 to November 2017. Luca also gained experience at AudienceScience as the Platform Lead and Platform Manager, and at Neomobile in various roles including AdBusiness and Media Process & Intelligence Specialist.

Luca Filardo obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Università degli studi Roma TRE in 2011. Luca then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Economy and Management-Marketing from the same university, completing it in 2013. In addition, they have obtained certifications in "SQL: Analyzing Business Metrics" from Codecademy and "Scrum Open Assessments" from Scrum.org in 2016.
