Sarah Dowling has an extensive legal career, serving as an Attorney at Adler Pollock & Sheehan P.C. since September 1977. From 1988 to 1990, Sarah worked as Policy Director and Legal Counsel for the Office of the Governor. Educational qualifications include an LLM in Taxation from Boston University (1979-1982), a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law (1974-1977), and an A.B. in Political Science from Wellesley College (1959-1963).
