Henry B. Meyer is an Associate Principal at ADL Ventures since February 2019, focusing on building business units and spinouts in the building materials, construction, and utility industries. Previously, Henry served as the Senior Vice President of the Services Group at Electriq Power, where responsibilities included launching battery-based distributed microgrids and creating financial models for private equity investors. Henry co-founded several companies, including FieldNav, Inc., Emergent Microgrid, and Lilypad Energy, emphasizing innovative solutions for utility and energy sectors. Earlier career roles include consulting at Alliance Consulting Group and Navigant, in addition to positions at EnerNOC and Audax Group. Henry holds a dual Bachelor of Science in Economics and Energy Studies from Duke University and is a graduate of Belmont Hill School.
