Terry Sanders is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in process and tooling engineering. Currently serving as a Process Engineer at Adkev, Inc. since April 2015, Terry previously held the position of Tooling Engineer at CPX Inc., where responsibilities included managing all aspects of tooling design. Prior to that, Terry was Planning Manager at Genova USA, overseeing 16 extrusion lines and approximately 80 employees. Earlier experience includes serving as Plant Manager at CPX Inc., where management of 150 personnel and 82 molding machines was a key responsibility. Terry holds an Associate's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Ivy Tech Community College, obtained between 2004 and 2007.
