Vaibhav Kapoor is an experienced professional in project management and strategic planning, currently serving as AVP - Strategy (Renewables) at Aditya Birla Group since April 2022. Prior to this role, Vaibhav held positions including General Manager - PMO at ReNew Power and Head - PMO at SB Energy (SoftBank Group). Vaibhav's career began at Larsen & Toubro, where notable roles included Site Planning Incharge and Senior Engineer - Planning. Vaibhav also has substantial experience at Toshiba in planning and cost controls. Educational qualifications include an M.Tech in Construction Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and a certification in Strategic Finance from the Indian School of Business. Vaibhav holds a B.Tech in Power Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and completed high school at St. Xavier School, Delhi.
