Milind Birje has over a decade of experience in consumer insights and brand development, currently serving as Deputy General Manager at Aditya Birla Group since June 2018, following a position as Senior Manager in the same field. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Research Manager at Millward Brown, where Milind collaborated with major clients like Star Network and Tata Motors on brand performance research, and as Senior Research Analyst at Nielsen Company, providing project consulting for Procter & Gamble's new product initiatives. Early in the career, Milind worked as an Electronics Engineer at Vidyut Metallics Pvt Ltd. Milind holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Marketing and Finance from the Oriental Institute of Management, completed in 2011.
