Ashok Ramchandran is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Aditya Birla Group since October 2015, Ramchandran previously held the position of Group Executive President - Human Resources at Vodafone India Limited from January 2009 to September 2015. Additional roles include Director of Human Resources at Tata AIA Life Insurance and Sr. Vice President - Human Resources at GE Money, where responsibility included heading human resources for GE Countrywide. Prior to this, Ramchandran worked as the Factory Manager at Asian Paints. A graduate of XLRI Jamshedpur with an MBA in Human Resources, Ramchandran also holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Loyola College.
