Gaurav Dixit has a diverse work experience in human resources management. Gaurav currently holds the position of India HR at Swiss Singapore Overseas Enterprises Pte. Ltd. since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager at UltraTech Cement from June 2018 to July 2022. From November 2014 to June 2018, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Idea Cellular Ltd. Gaurav also held the same position at Tata Teleservices Ltd from November 2012 to November 2014. Gaurav's career began in 2006 at Reliance Communications, where they worked as a Human Resources Manager until November 2012.

Gaurav Dixit's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Lucknow University, which they obtained from 2001 to 2004. Following this, from 2004 to 2006, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree, specializing in Post Graduate studies, from a university located in GREATER NOIDA.
