Akshay Kumbhat has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. In 2020, they worked as part of the CFO Office at Aditya Birla Global Trading, where they led a project to set up a new desk for Structured Trade Finance and provided analysis and insights to the CFO. Akshay also served as the Iron Ore Finance controller, managing the P&L of the product and conducting risk analysis.

From 2017 to 2020, Akshay worked at Godrej Properties Limited as an Assistant Manager. In this role, they strategically managed multiple projects, worked with project investors for valuation and disinvestment decisions, and handled management reporting and taxation matters.

Prior to that, Akshay was a Manager at ICICI Bank from 2016 to 2017. In this position, they analyzed the bank's profit and loss attributable to treasury operations, monitored exposure as per regulatory guidelines, and conducted valuation of financial products.

From 2014 to 2016, Akshay worked as a Junior Manager at JSW Energy Ltd. Akshay was responsible for preparing annual business plans, managing coal accounting and unit costing, and ensuring statutory tax compliance.

Akshay'sprofessional journey began in 2011 as an Article Assistant at A.R Sanchety & Co. During this time, Akshay prepared and filed various tax returns, managed audits, and provided financial analysis for project finance and credit limit proposals.

Akshay Kumbhat completed their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Jai Narayan Vyas University between 2011 and 2013. In 2010, they also pursued their Chartered Accountant certification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, specializing in Finance and Financial Management Services. Additionally, in the same year, they obtained a Company Secretary certification from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India in the field of Legal Support Services. Later, in 2017 and 2018, Akshay pursued a degree in Cost Accountant from The Institute Of Cost Accountants of India.
