Evyen Schouten has a diverse work experience spanning across several industries. In 2016, they worked as a Hockeytrainer at Hockey Geldrop, where they focused on improving team performance. From 2017 to 2019, they were employed as a Horecamedewerker at Kasteelhoeve Geldrop, providing hospitality services. Concurrently, from 2018, they served as a Reservist at Ministerie van Defensie, specifically with the 30 Natres Bataljon. Starting in 2011, they worked at Toma Metaalbewerking as a Metaalbewerker, gaining experience in metalworking until 2019. In 2020, they co-founded Sublimatic and played a pivotal role until 2021. Currently, they are working as a Mechanical Engineer at Adimec Advanced Image Systems bv.

From 2016 to 2021, Evyen Schouten attended Fontys University of Applied Sciences, where they pursued a bachelor's degree in HBO.
