Ula Sharples has worked in a variety of roles since 2005. Ula(Urszula) began their career at Bank of America as a Personal Banker in 2005. Ula(Urszula) then joined Adimab, LLC in 2008, where they served as a Lab Manager, Assistant Lab Manager, and Research Associate.

Ula Sharples earned their Biotechnology Certificate from Great Bay Community College in 2008. Ula(Urszula) also holds a Master's Degree from Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie, which they obtained between 1995 and 2002.
