Santhosh Kumar H K has over 16 years of experience in the engineering field, currently serving as a Lead Engineer at Adient since March 2015, where responsibilities include complete FEA/CAE oversight for seating programs, focusing on design verification and test correlations. Prior to this role, Santhosh worked as a Senior CAE Engineer and Team Leader at Altair Engineering from July 2007 to March 2015, specializing in seating systems.
